Refund policy
- Call us immediately if you receive a damaged shipment or non-functional product.
- All product returns must be authorized in advance by contacting us at (305)810-9110 or sales@smedsupplies.com.
- Unauthorized returns will be refused and returned to you at your expense

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Please take pictures, retain original packaging, and notate delivery driver receipt if there's visible damages upon delivery in order to submit a claim due to shipment being covered through 3rd Party insurance.
Return Guidelines
- Items must be returned in original packaging and in the same condition received. (New items must be in original packaging). We will not accept a return that arrives further damaged due to improper handling/packaging by the customer.
- An exchange will be allowed for defective products upon receipt.
- All Authorized Non-defective returned items are subject to a 25% restocking fee plus shipping charges.
- All returned items, regardless of condition, require a Return Merchandise Authorization Number

Refunds
If you have an Authorized Return with an RMA # we will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
